At Streets.C, we accept returns and process refunds for products that meet our strict quality and return criteria.
Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted for products that are completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. The return must be initiated within the specified return window. Furthermore, returns will be considered only for manufacturing defects from the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Refunds, once approved, will be issued directly via the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable timeframe of 3-4 working days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
Shipping & Deductions
Note: If the order has already been dispatched prior to cancellation or return, applicable shipping and packing charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damage & Liability
Streets.C is not responsible for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications. We highly recommend professional installation for all parts.
Transit Safety
When returning an item, please ensure the products are securely packaged. We cannot process refunds for items that sustain damage during return transit due to poor packaging.
